ASTRA Neuro Soccer Videos
Coordination and concentration are fundamental aspects for the performance of soccer players at all levels. In these activities you will be developing your touch and feel for the ball while focusing on the visual cues on your Smart TV or Mobile Device. More importantly, you will be developing your panoramic view as you must keep your head up and take-in the information that is coming from in front, beside, and behind you.
How to use these videos:
1) Watch one of the explainer videos below to get an understanding of how the activity is setup and completed. Each video also has written instructions in the Youtube description.
2) Use your Smart TV, mobile phone, or iPad to play the corresponding Pattern Video.
3) Attempt your activity from step 1 for the duration of the Pattern Video.
